Excellent service when purchasing a new tv today. There was no sales gimmick or pressure to buy bigger, more expensive models like you can get at some tech stores which was really appreciated. Kyle was able to answer all of our questions and was very helpful in us making our choice. The price was much better than we thought it would be and got a 5yr warrenty for our product. I would definitely come back to this store in the future and can highly recommend.

I cannot fault the service received at this shop. It?s nice to have the option to talk to a sales assistant about big purchases rather than hoping for the best when buying online. I went in looking for a camera and Joseph approached me asking if I needed any assistance, which I did. I ended up getting the exact bundles of items that I was after. Joseph?s help was much appreciated.

I went into Sony today not expecting to get much. However I was greeted by the very helpful staff. If I can remember correctly his name was Tom he really helped me find everything I needed to set up my new tv system in my house. You could tell he knew what he was talking about. I left very happy and well informed on all the items I bought today. Thank you Sony !

Great group of young guys that are very well trained and will help out anyone that comes in the shop.Unlike other shops the staff will approach you and ask to help but not in an aggressive way and will make sure to find what you're looking for.
