Shocking service. Man at the counter should be fired.

Absolutely terrible service. Went there to return a parcel with yodel and the man who served me was beyond rude. He became so angry when I asked if I was able to return my Yodel parcel. I went to show him my bar code for the parcel and he snatched my phone out of my hand pulling me forward. When I made a shocked face he looked at me like I was filth and told me to calm down. I then said to him you should not snatch phones out of peoples hands and he started to shout that he didn?t want my phone. Disgusting service, I was absolutely shocked at how I was spoken to, especially as I?m 8 months pregnant and didn?t feel that I had done anything to warrant such a response. Disgusting I wish I could give 0 stars. I will never go back here again and have told all my family and friends to do the same.

All Shell stations are useless...been calling East Bart, Russell Lane, High Road Whetstone for 30mins and nobody is answering the phone...SHELL UK - check on your operators...

Man behind counter too lazy to exchange gas bottle even though there were several full ones in stock with the original seals on. Claimed they were all empty.

Kiran was extremely rude and racist and should be immediately fired, zero customer service skills and very rude, as expected a copy past reply will be given from she?ll management without any care given. Extremely disappointing service will never return again

Rude Indian man behind the counter, looked extremely stressed by the concept of sending a yodel parcel. Stop offering this service if your staff are unable to handle it.

Why do this place advertise that they take parcels for yodel, no lie this is around the 12th time I have tried and every time they have another excuse not to take it, I think the staff just can?t be bothered ?
