Rude staff in the shop. Mano didn?t ask about the shell card and had already wanted payment so when he scanned my card it didn?t get accepted and he told me it has been but it wasn?t. Then went on to have a go at me for not telling him at the begin that I had a card. Told him most stores ask

If it was possible to give -ve I would. Car broke down with power steering fault while at garage.
Had to wait 4 hours for AA transporter. All that Shell (inc central customer service) did was say I?d be fined and kept insisting I get off the forecourt. Trust me waiting in the rain with ignorant Shell customer service is be delighted to leave if I could.

The rudest staff I've ever meet .....stood at tye car with pump in hand trying to fill up my car and had to wave my arm for them to put the pump on .which took ages ...went inside to pay and said to the man at the till was hard to see me at the pump and his reply was there dodgy people round here ...what comment was that ment to of been all I did was start a convo paying at till and got basically called dodgy . Excuse me I don't even live around here and second of all WHO YOU talking to ..you care that polite ..and who you to judge or assume something or someone when you don't even know the person and staff shouldn't act or say anything like that at work to no one its rude and unprofessional.....watch the staff in there because they have too much to say if you don't feel safe d9nt work there and take it out of normally people because someone else has done something don't take your shift out on the next person !!!!@!!

Paranoia. While refueling the car, the pump was brazenly blocked by a station employee. It turned out that I was mistaken for a potential thief only because my car was not registered in the UK.

Received a random miss call from the number belonging to this place. I called them back as a courtesy. A man picked up the phone, I explained why I called and he mumbled something then put the phone down.Extremely rude for which I can't imagine the customer services being any better.

The worst costumers Serivce,i made Costa machine espresso, the coffee was like water I explain to the costumers service , please check the machine maybe coffee ran out, he said to me he is not checking and he told me just to pay and go, I said to him please I don?t like it,I?m using long time this machine, it?s not like as usual, he said I will call police to report shop left if not paying, I did not come for the coffee only I am paying for petrol too but he make me paid by force he taken the money without using Coffee . I never see like this Customer Service be honest at least he have to check the machine and decide.

I broke down at this petrol station. Went to tell them that I was waiting for someone just so they were aware and they told me I had to move my car! I told them I couldn?t move without damaging my car more and they said it didn?t matter to them and that I had to move or get a ticket. Very inconsiderate and I ended up doing more damage because of that.

They are on the key fuels app but refuse to take key fuels, this is a scam because they get more profit if you pay cash than the keyfuels cards. They get the trade as if they do key fuels but get the higher profit sale after refusing to take the card. Keyfuels have confirmed they are a keyfuels site.

24 hr 7 days a week store but was closed to mop floors understandable but when I ask the night lady when it was reopen she turnt rude and refused to serve me apparently I ead pestering her. Then start threatening me saying its in my best interest to leave the forecourt immediatelyMany reviews about the same person - shell makes too much money from fuel and obviously don't care about anything else like customer service skills
