Very abrupt and rude female staff member when going into store for emergency supply of medication as regular chemist was out of stock. State they don't offer the service though they come up on the NHS 111 website for such requests.

I know some customers have their own experience and views of the ladies that work here.But I must say 99.5% of the time I visit here, even just yesterday I may have to wait a while to get what I normally order, due to them giving that extra care in searching or trying to accommodate what I need. The ladies there are always helpful and go above and beyond. Please keep up the good work and customer service.Thank you ?

The older female pharmacist with glasses is very rude and called me a liar to my face. I have been taking my grandma's medication for 2 years and never did she tell me anything about it, just to give it like on label, today she tells me some new information I wasn't aware of, and when I told her I wasn't told before she insisted she did tell me but she never did, never, I would've remembered otherwise.

never choose this pharmacy because the pharmacist is not trying to sell medicines he just open this pharmacy to disrespect people. Today i experienced a strange experience in my life . He is not accepting my surname . what the hell. this kind of peoples are ruling this london.

Stopped coming here years ago due to constant issues and rude attitude of staff, it?s a shame they?re allowed to continue operating to be honest, I called 111 to request an emergency prescription within 30 seconds mr Shah had told me it?s not there and couldn?t tell me anymore before hanging up, reminding me why I had to change in the first place, what can I do to get this place shut down ?

Every time is always the same, you try to collect your repeat prescriptions but there is always an issue no matter how much proof your gp will give you that they sent the prescription he will always say its not arrived. Very strange avoid at all costs way to much headache just to receive your meds!!!!!

The chemist is the most disrespectful person I have ever meet rudeness does not even cover it. To anyone who witnesses my outburst today I deeply apologise but I will not sit and be spoken to in such a Manor especially after trying to collect a controlled drug to which they claim had been delivered to then hand me over another box with no explanation of where the previous box of drugs have gone I will ve reporting this instance to my step fathers GP and will request a different pharmacy is used.Mr Shah hold your head in shame learn 1 thing in life treat others how you want to be treated yes my language was foul but your rudeness deserved nothing else!!

Don't use this pharmacy, the may kill you! They gave my elderly relative someone else's medication and they ended up being rushed to hospital by ambulance, tried to complain to pharmacy who wasn't interest and refused to listen blaming us as a family for not double checking they have been given correct medication. so I have reported them to the Pharmaceutical council and the ICO but they are incompetent and the could end up killing someone, avoid at all costs.

Went recently to collect medication for my Daughter and as expected, nothing there.. Rudeness still exists as always and would advise all of you to re-direct your medication away from this joke of a Pharmacy..Mr Shah who was present at the time, didn't even bother moving from his chair as expected i guess from such a rude man..

Every time I go in there is always an issue, be it with me or other patients. Wait time is ridiculous and they always seem to be out of stock. I have even heard the staff say "what do you want me to do your medicine isn't here'. No offer to give the prescription back or anything.

Always have to fight to get my prescription, will be changing to another pharmacy soon, hate this place, staff are all idiots, and I?m not joking, go there and see for yourself, and I found out the manager shar was struck off for selling out of date medicine, sounds about right. There needs to be a no star vote.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!The counter staff are very friendly and efficient, but the owner Mr Shah is EXTREMELY Toxic. Also, he was struck off in 2009 for multiple breaches of code and law, but I have observed him on numerous occcasions still dispensing.If you value your health (and your life) PLEASE AVOID!!!!

They are okay, I suggest that the customer service training is given once more to the lady with red hair behind the desk. Mr shah and her were talking and the way they talk is like an agitated power struggle ... what ever the relationship is - please stop bringing it to work and loading it into ur customers.Read the rest of the reviews, what I have pointed out is not unjust - just an obvious situation which is easily fixed.

An absolute joke. Staff are good but Shah, well that's a different story. My prescription is never ready on time and lately refused to give me my prescribed medication. Avoid in my humble opinion. I am Using an online service and it's a 100% better.
