If you care about your eye and mental health never ever go to this optician.The girls who works there acting like teenagers and has no customers respect. And unfortunately the opticians himself seems has no control over workers and not keen to take responsibility of any ongoing problems that they have caused to their customers at all.

Brilliant! Absolutely recommend these people...professional and polite. And don't push to sell you anything you don't need...forget the cheap retailers because they turn out to be expensive and don't honour their warranty...these guys are the best!

If less than one star existed I would have used it. Absolutely the worst service I've experienced. For many years I've asked NOT to receive any reminders for appointments because for me they are completely unnecessary. If I don't attend any appointment it will be due to an unexpected emergency (which might happen as I'm a full time carer for two elderly). It seemed to work for a while bt alas Scrivens has again started to ignore me. To top it all I turn up for appointment this afternoon with my elderly mother and elderly aunt only to be told the appointment isn't on the computer and the audiologist has left early. Received unnecessary text reminder last Friday & Monday and a phone call yesterday to remind me but no appointment existed today. No call received having asked yesterday and today and both times I was assured it would happen. What does one have to do to even get satisfactory service nowadays?
