I just wanted to leave a google review about how helpful Ali has been. When i first came to this country i did not know much English however Ali always supported me in branch to help find my items together due to my lack of English. It was a great relief to have people who knows Turkish in branch. There is also Cerkez that is very helpful and also knows turkish and helps me find my products. What a great store with a variety of multi lingual staff members.

Very poor costume service I be use very often the Screwfix because I was rebuilding my house and I I have spent some good money to this branchScrewfix Enfield - Southbury I have notes the staff never happy and no want to help old people or people not know to use the iPad or people with communication problems I?m not very good with with computers I have noticed the staff are just there standing the don?t provide any service they don?t no what material and products the shop sell. one day because also I forgot my glasses and was horrible to look on catalog book or to use the iPad really I wanted some help and I want to the boy front desk which he presented him self as manager the name jacques I?m not sure if I spelled correctly to be so rude to me and to don?t help me to find what I want we are humans no animal we are workers as well no behave like this

I am a regular customer of Screwfix. This particular store in Enfield Southbury is the wrost Screwfix store I have ever been. The staff here is extremely rude to customers. I am requesting Screwfix head office to make some personnel changes in this store urgently so that you do not lose loyal customer base.

This isn't my usual branch but was working in the area, so it made sense to order a click and collect from here.Went into the trade counter, the whole process of click and collect should take mins, there was 1 customer in front who was being served. He placed his order and the items were picked by the same person who served him. This meant I had to wait a bit longer. To my surprise, rather than serve me, the employee started showing photos, from his phone to the customer and having a general chit chat with him. Then that same customer said "I need something else" so the emoyee served him again. 10mins has now passed and all I want is my click and collect!!! I would have been served much quicker if I had gone to the Screwfix counter, rather than the trade counter!!!!It took a shocking 15mins for me to be served ...... Disgraceful

Very good changed a faulty product outside its 30 day guarantee albeit the member of staff was a little moody about it.

Such great customer service from Igrensa. I went in stressed after purchasing the wrong item but she was so helpful. I left screwfix a happy customer with the correct item ?

Had issue one tools extended warranty dosent work and milwaukee tool broke in year time. Very disappointed and will never shop screfix. The staff very rude.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. No customer service sense . Specially managed Ali so rude and unhelpful. Never buy in this branch again . Need some customer serving behaviour training. They think they are doing well . Never ever come again here and will spread this to local community definitely

I have bought loads of stuff from them recently and I have to say that I have never been disappointed. The stock is easy to order and can be collected on same day, within an hour, if available.Only one issue in the last few weeks, when I was expecting to collect an item but did not get an update so called them only to find that they did not have it in stock and I have to wait 4 days for it to be delivered to the store. I was a bit disappointed as this was not clear on the website. I have now cancelled the order but apparently I cannot cancel unless the order is delivered to the store. Perhaps, they can change their practice, as I am sure they are wasting a lot of money on delivering stuff which the customers do not need anymore.

Went few times there the last two weeks for click and collect orders, mainly for self leveling compound which has a fair price.Staff is very helpful and all went very smoothly. Special thanks to a guy from shop's staff that assisted me while there was no side access to load the bags in my car and I was in a hurry. Thanks again
