After being with strong migraine for couple of days and as per my GP advice I requested a blood pressure in this pharmacy, for a telephone GP consultation. They refused to do it as I'm under 40, fortunately the next pharmacy was willing to do it as I had quite high levels. Very sad as I even explained all my situation.

Terrible staff couldn't care less about you got given wrong medication and told to do fill out forms myself that should have been done by staff then didn't even bother reading what I had put resulting in me needing serious medical treatment in the proses of filing for legal action

This Pharmacy has numerous staff but I still find myself in there longer than necessary waiting for prescriptions.

Staff are very polite and helpful. Always happy to help when they can.Always have a good amount of staff.Staff have gone above and beyond before to make sure I got my money when I forgot it.Don?t always answer the phone but tbh they?re always busy and do when they can ??Thanks so much

Have never been so shocked at the level of customer service from this chemist, had a referral from 111 to this chemist needing someone to check me over to be told the don't give antibiotics and to go sit in a walk in center tried to sell me a box of paracetamol for £9 and mouthwash for tonsillitis, then had audacity to laugh as she walked back to counter, not one member of staff was considerate enough to help just all looked and carried on with standing behind a desk. Thought chemist was supposed to help people in pain. Wouldn't recommend at allExtremely poor customer service

Went in to speak to a pharmacist. Asked to wait. Watched the said pharmacist walk out the back after craning her neck to look at me. Waited for about 10 minutes. Poor service. A large sign said they looked fter the community. That's a joke. Didn't care about me standing there for over 10 minutes. Walked to sShah's pharmacy which is double the distance but 10 times more helpful. Change the sign to say "we sometimes look after the community "

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I have been using this liars for a while for my every month prescription. There was some issues sometimes but I though things happens itself. Until now, when I found out that my prescription has not been requested from my GP, but they told me that the GP has not sign my prescription. It was a lie. When I asked my GP what is going on.? I?ve been told that the pharmacy never requested my medication. Ridiculous!!! I?ve lost few days of my treatment, run out of my medication and I had to take day off to sort this out.

The staff are always friendly and helpful the place can get very busy at times but the staff always do their best to make sure you get the help you need as soon as they can iv never been into the pharmacy and they haven?t had what I needed very good all round cos some pharmacies I have been into are absolute chaos people don?t realise that sometimes the staff can get a lot of hassle from customers who get very angry cos when the pharmacy doesn?t have what you are going in there for i.e prescriptions and that prescription is needed to keep someone alive maybe people start acting different so all in all good job all round keep up the good work

Useless pharmacy,shouldn?t be called pharmacy,they sell insulin syringe in a bag that doesn?t say the gauge length of needles,and what?s funny is that so called pharmacist they don?t know what gauge of needle means!!!
