Generally good and friendly, except the gentleman behind the secondary or stationary till. He is very rude, impolite with luck of customer services skills

Staff is very rude, was actually shouting at me...I was purchasing TravelCard and gentlemen behind the counter said, he accept inly cash. So he made me to withdraw cash from his chip and pin machine, (£67.30) then he put same £67.30 cash into his till. It was very weird...
