Staff makes you feel unwelcoming.
Been here today with my autistic girl and she needs a walking around to regulate, staff just blocked the side of the restaurant to restrict her walking and browsing around, she haven't disturb anyone and I was holding her hand at all times.

I came to the restaurant with my friend and we ordered a bundle a eight sliced pizza with dry salad that had a open buffet with soggy carrots no sauce for the salad and all the veg was out of date you can tell by the look of it. We also had dirty cups come to us with filthy cutlery. The whole food and drink put us both off. We paid 47.50 for a one star place. This is a disgrace !!!!!

Had the buffet option here. Stephanie, the General Manager went above and beyond to make our dining experience amazing. She was super attentive and provided us with the best customer service. Food was of 10/10 quality. Not bad for the price!

Abysmal, high prices low quality, tables improperly cleaned, customer service is non existent. My family and I were given just a table, no menu, no explanation that orders are done via QR code. Pizza is now dominoes only.

Shocking. The pizza is £18 and it's tiny! We ordered a regular and we received a small. When confronted, the staff told me that the size we got is regular, even though the box says small ( and the pizza is much smaller than the box). Don't waste your money. Go elsewhere.

Spent an hour and a half waiting for my order to arrive only for the driver to turn up with the completely wrong order. I am now trying to ring the restaurant to get my money back and they refuse to answer! I have been trying for last 15 minutes! This is beyond a disgrace. It?s like they intentionally know who?s on the other end of the phone because they?ve made a mistake and now refuse to own up to it. For someone who has also worked in hospitality for years. This is an absolute disgrace and I will be going far further.

Went there recently after school for the all you can eat and the staff were polite and helped resolve an issue with a discount app I use. Good price and nice food!

Order a Farmhouse pizza , was given only ham and mushroom. Very poor customer service or care. Very unprofessional. Not worth the hassle. Horrible atmosphere.

Came here after soft play for my Sons birthday. We had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut! The food was delicious as always, but what really made our visit special was the amazing customer service. Nikki went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. It?s rare to come across such dedicated service, and it truly made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Nikki, for your outstanding hospitality, we?ll definitely be coming back!
