I've visited the Enfield town one and tasmin was serving her the customer service was excellent and she was really nice and helpful and the gooey cheese
cheesecake was my favourite item. I'd recommend everyone trying it out and big shout out to tasnim for having such great customer service. We were really happy about the service we received from her. This is how the service at nangos should be and thanks to tasnim we can see they are well trained. The food was delicious. Thank you tasnim.

Absolutely atrocious.
I ordered food from Nandos for my son and I and while it was being delivered the driver calls me and I ask him if he downstairs and I?ll come down and collect it. He then proceeds to tell me no he?s not and that he doesn?t speak English. I then call the help line as my food should have been delivered @ 9:38 and it?s now 9:45. The lady I spoke with said that she called the driver but he?s not answering. And that I should call back in a few minutes. I then called back at 9:55 and spoke with probably the same woman and she says that it?s says on the system that it has been delivered. Delivered where. Outside she says. Well I?m outside and I don?t see him or my order and if he did leave it outside I?m terribly disappointed because why is my food outside. The long and short of it. I never got my food and I?ll be refunded it 2-3 days. RUDE!!!
PLEASE USE PEOPLE THAT UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE SO THEY CAN COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS AND NOT LEAVE THEM AND THEIR CHILD HUNGRY
I DESERVE SOME SORT OF DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT ORDER BECAUSE YOU GUYS LEFT MY CHILD STARVING
