Daughter went in to get 2 half plats was going to charge £25 then went down to £15 when we said noThe end result awful the young girl had no clue even when shown a picture daughter pulled the plats out as soon as we got in the carWent and asked for money back the woman just kept saying it was meant to be £25 no customer service skills and wasn?t understanding at all so please be warned I?m a hairdresser myself have been for many years would have given money back to customer will never use or recommend this salon absolutely rubbish

If you want a trim this hairdresser is fine. If you want a new style stay away.Asked for straight blow dry came out with a bundle of mess and probably more split ends. Will not be going back.

Had my hair done at this salon and was really happy with the service. The stylists were amazing and transformed my hair colour to excatly what I wanted. The manager seems to be extremely inexperienced in hairdressing. She pulled chunks of my hair out whilst blow drying my hair. My scalp physically hurt afterwards and honestly the results of the blow dry looked awful! Read mixed reviews before going here but stupidly ignored the bad reviews. I will not be returning!Service: Blowouts
