We went today to the Macdonald and I presence such a bad thing from the manager.
One of the workers there (and old lady already) we hear everything. She was asking for holidays and the manager started to shout at her telling her no, and this is unacceptable, that?s her rights and also he doesn?t have the right to shout at her in private or in front of costumers as he did today in front of all of us, a manager is not suppose to treat the employers that way and she is a woman and an older person, do better Macdonald

I order my food delivery,pay and only half of items are delivered.
And it's difficult to get though and request for refund.
I won't be order again, I haven't got money to waste.

This McDonald's was worst than the others, I went in to order and it took atleast 10 mins+,, when I got my order, it came with missing things, and they gave me the wrong burger, the only good thing it was clean.

Absolutely disgusted with the food received from this branch of McDonald?s , I had eaten McDonald?s for dinner last night and a couple of hours later I began to projectile vomit for hours feeling severely unwell , I had obviously experienced food poisoning which is extremely appalling, I would not recommend ordering from this branch and unfortunately has put me off of McDonald?s for the foreseeable future ?..!!

Awful!!!! Ordered 3 meals on Uber eats just now and ALL 3 fries missing, apple pies missing, sauces and straws missing. Tried to get a refund and am told I?m not eligible lol sort your staff out how on earth does this even happen.

Making 1 burger shouldn't be this hard. You serve even this one wrong. and you're a burger shop. and waiting half an hour to eat this bad food is just a waste of time. Its not even cheap any more compare to others .

22.04.2025 I started choking from how crisp my mcdonalds Sprite was. I caught the attention of a lovely female worker named Iman. I hope I got her name right. She patted my back and did slight cpr upstairs and stopped me from almost dying. She made sure I was okay and brought me a nether sauce that I requested for my mincecraft meal. She truly is a diamond in the rough. (Rought being how bad the atmosphere was with all the teenagers). Other than that, I hope she's appreciated by her fellow staff members. Iman, thank you. ??

Never again! Items were missing in my order, burgers were in horrible shape? I needed to deform my fillet-o-fish to put it together properly.
Nowhere to complaint or ask for refund . The tried calling in the restaurant- they never picked my call.
