I have visited McDonald's on several occasions, and unfortunately, I must share a less than pleasant experience, especially at the drive-thru. Every time I've waited in line at the drive-thru, I've been harassed by homeless individuals begging for food and money. This has made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.It's disheartening to realize that this experience wasn't just an isolated incident but has become a constant at the McDonald's drive-thru. Besides feeling disturbed, I've been genuinely concerned for my own safety and the safety of other customers.I'm aware that McDonald's is a responsible company that prioritizes its customers. Therefore, I believe it would be beneficial for them to take additional steps to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all their customers. Such incidents can erode customer trust in the brand and have a negative impact on the overall consumer experience.In conclusion, I hope McDonald's will address this issue and implement appropriate measures to prevent such situations in the future. I appreciate their efforts in providing a high-quality customer experience and am willing to return to McDonald's with the hope that this issue will be resolved.

Where the corsa's come to graze, not bad during the day, very busy and can bit hit and miss with the quantity of chips however still tastes great being mcdonalds.At night, there's a lot of boy racers so be warned to be amongst and redeem revers if you're going through the drive through.

Disappointing Experience at McDonald's Enfield Retail ParkAt 8:27 PM, I placed an order via the McDonald's app and proceeded to the drive-thru. Despite waiting patiently for two minutes, no one acknowledged my presence through the speaker. Frustrated, I navigated around to the payment window, only to find it deserted. After a courteous honk, an employee finally appeared. I provided my online order code, but to my dismay, there was no confirmation of my order.Upon reaching the next window, I discovered only a wrap in the bag instead of the Big Tasty meal I had ordered. When I inquired about the missing item, the staff member informed me it wasn't on the order and suggested I reverse back to reorder. This unexpected inconvenience led to further frustration.Subsequently, I settled for a Big Mac meal, only to be informed it wasn't ready, despite it being one of the flagship items on the menu. The additional wait at the designated waiting point in the car park compounded my dissatisfaction.What annoyed me most, however, was the discourteous demeanour of the staff member who handed me my food. Their lack of professionalism and rudeness further soured my experience, leaving me highly dissatisfied with the service provided. This disappointing encounter has diminished my desire to even enjoy the meal I eventually received.

Absolutely awful service and the staff don?t know how to talk to customers. Leave you waiting at the counter for 10 mins then to tell you they are closed. The hygiene is dirty too.
