Ordered spicy nuggets they were like warm and the coke me amd my partner got were both flat! 3rd time in a row for me.
Absolutely waste of money will definitely not go back - cokes must have already been made up and sat on the side!

After going into the drive through, we were told to wait in the car park which we did, and waited 30mins for the food to come out which is unacceptable when you have kids in the car. What?s the point of going through a Drivetru service ! Dont bother.

Usually use the drive-thru but they always ask you to wait in the car park so I sat inside. Inside the restaurant is filthy! Tables and chairs are dirty. Windows are dirty. Floor is dirty. The trays they give food on is also dirty. Can you imagine how dirty the kitchen is if they dont bother cleaning the restaurant properly. I will never come here again. Oh and someone came in swearing at the staff after he found a hair in his burger. I don't blame him. NASTY RESTAURANT!

For the first time i received my fries nice and hot . Was a good experience my only negative was , they took 12mins to serve me a happy meal and a portion of fries . I suppose you have to give and take . The wait was worth the steaming fries.

I?m fuming.
Placed an order for pick up and they forgot to put my burger in the bag. All I ordered was 1 meal, and extra burger with fries and a happy meal. How hard can it be, you just pick up the box and put it in the bag.
Called up so many times to question it and no one even answers the phone. If I lived near by I would have gone in, but we don?t even live close.
The bag looked full so I assumed everything was inside. Wish I read the reviews before hand.

This is the second time McDonald?s has messed up my order ? and I only realized after I got home that something was missing again (either the fries or the burger). It?s beyond frustrating.
What?s worse? They never answer their phone, so there?s no way to fix the issue without going all the way back. Customer service is basically non-existent.
Tip for anyone ordering here: check your bag before you leave, every single time ? because clearly, they?re not doing their job properly. Disappointed.

I have been going every day after work around 6pm to get a caramel frappuccino and every single time they send us to the car park to wait, even thought it takes one minute to make. Today I asked the woman that's at the window if we can just get the drinks instead of waiting for 10 minutes for two drinks and she said no so we went to wait and then the drink was full of unblended ice like if I wanted to order an iced latte instead of a frap i would but she was so petty and you can never understand what she says, she talks in gibberish. There was also no one in the queue and it was not packed at all. Such disappointment. ( The picture is of the unblended ice about 20 minutes after I received it which means that this is the ice after melting for a while)

Worse McDonald's ever . Every time I order for my family bearing in mind there's 4 of us . Only 3 out of 4 meals arrives . Kids meals are a joke I ordered 2 nuggets happy meals some reason 1 came with halloumi fries instead of chicken nuggets. We spend so much money and still dont get the correct order . You really need to sort your staff out and make sure the orders are all there and correct . It's not hard to make sure orders are correct .
