The employee named Elaine, did not prioritize the deliveries that were already ready and were getting cold, because the place where she is is not heated, she simply kept propagating the other deliveries, and after my questions she said offensive words, a total lack of preparation and lack of commitment to the deliveries and the McDonald's standard.

When placing breakfast orders via ubereats this restaurant continues to fail to complete orders within breakfast hours then refuse to cancel order so you get charged. Poor service

i work on the road alot so McDonald's food is convenient. Today i dropped in 6.45 ordered 1 egg mc muffin i paid and waited to be told eventually the card machine was not working ...do you have cash sadly no the worker then said can i take your card i said NO! i was told to drive to next window another 5 min passed i can see my mc muffin on the collection counter i ask whats happening shrug of shoulders card machine not working...at this point i think i am off its a joke surely just had over a 3.00 cold mc muffin its going in the bin anyway...sadly no i leave no apology and the night before i spent 17.00 at another McDonald's....this branch deserves its 3 stars and 1 from me..

New decoration but bad service.I had wait for 10 mins to get my medium Coke at 10am.
Always I had to wait when I ordered just water
One of experienced staff she told me that I should wave them by saying excuse me because it?s hidden kitchen you are not able to see any staff.I told her that were there any bell to ring to alert that I had been waiting for 10 mins for a Coke.
You were able to see the staff in previous decoration
Anyway as I sad new decoration but poor service unfortunately.

Spent £12.85 on a takeaway breakfast order and jam was missing from the muffin, syrup was missing from the pancakes. Called restaurant and no answer.

This place has had a massive rebrand, massive improvement to place. The workers here are so lovely now and the refurbishment is a massive improvement. Clean, tidy, vibes are great! ???

The burgers were incredibly cold and sloppy. We bought the chicken v3 double burger. The chicken burger had full of mayonnaise and nearly 300 grams of greens inside. The meat burgers were frozen like dish sponges, no matter how long they had been left out.

Our local Mcdonalds where we order dinner from occasionally. Always either have missing items or the food arrives cold. Utterly abysmal service.
