I've had a great experience at Maxx Mira for the past seven months, having ten laser sessions. I cannot fault the services and the professionalism of the lady who has conducted each session so far. She's been very thorough, friendly and professional through out these months and very patient too. I'm very happy with every part of the service I've received and I'm more than happy with the results, so, all in all a very pleasant experience. I do not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. The environment is also very clean, tidy and inviting and I feel very comfortable while having my treatments.

Provided great service and very welcoming.The owner Ismet gave guidelines about the procedure regarding Botox.The results were really good and effective.Neat and clean environment with a comfortable setting.would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get Botox.

I use this clinic to purchase my zo skin health products (bear in mind many clinics sell them but I chose this place). Both times I have been insulted by one of the staff members regarding my skin. As a 19 year old girl (17/18 the previous tim) I?m am already insecure about my skin and due to hormonal changes, my skin and acne varies. However, I do not expect to be insulted when I?m about to spend over £100 in their clinic. I have completely gone off this place and there are many places that offer hydro facials and zo skin products with much much better customer service.(Reply to comment) don?t try and manipulate it. Firstly, I did not say I split them in half, I was going to ask you about it bc I had seen it on sides media and asked you what your thought, instead you just dismissed me and that it why I left without buying anything. I do not recall you telling me to use the whole pad?I?m not leaving a one star review bc I?m insecure about my acne, I have been many different clinics and discussed this topic with them and they have never been so utterly rude and disgraceful towards me as here. Dont try and twist and lie to make your business better. There are many other reviews which say the same thing about customer service, similar to the fact there are many other clinics who provide the same services but just BETTER.I also don?t appreciate you comparing my skin condition with your other clients. Every one is different, everyone?s skin is different so you it is down disrespectful to insult and compare my skin.

I have been getting full body laser here for the past 4 sessions and also my face for 7 sessions. I'm so happy with my results so far that my sister and mother now also come here for laser hair removal. They are always on time with the appointments and professional. They are observant and can see when I am in pain from the laser and give me a break and they're very patient with me. The salon always looks clean and tidy and it's a nice environment to be in, they also have their own parking which is very handy. I'm very happy with my treatments so far :)

Won?t be coming here again. I had an appointment here yesterday at 4:15pm.Felt very uncomfortable yesterday while getting my LVLs done. I came straight from work with make up on and I asked the lady if I can quickly remove my make up before she started doing my LVLS. After removing my make up I went to her so she can start my lashes. The tone in her voice changed saying I gotta wash it properly (I can?t remember what she exactly said but it didn?t seem professional). As I looked back at her shocked thinking is she serious speaking to someone like that?She then started to do my lashes which took a while to prep them. At this moment I just wanted to leave the room after how she spoke to me.When she started there was another lady in the room ?observing? and they were just talking in Turkish above me while I?m lying down throughout my whole appointment while I?m trying to relax. They asked me if I understood Turkish half an hour into my appointment I said no but I really can understand Turkish and understood everything they were saying.I had LVLs a good amount of times and not once did she ask me what sort of curl I wanted. As I know there?s a small curl, mid curl and long curl. She just did what she wanted.I used to work in hair and beauty salon for 4 years and beauty salons are meant to be peaceful, not having someone else in the room or talking in their own language above you while you?re lying down for over an hour.I also left with crusty eyelids and didn?t leave impressed with my lashes. Won?t be coming back. Poor customer service skills.

Absolute revolting place. I do not recommend whatsoever. If you know about beauty salons, clinics this is not the place to go too. I had the displeasure of meeting the owner of this place and to be frank she looked terrible what a mess. I question myself on how the owner of this place didn?t feel ashamed by her appearance as she looks like a homeless person what a state. The owner was very rude & most unprofessional towards me and I feel like the people whom are running this so called beauty shop DO NOT have a clue about this profession and I don?t feel they have any beauty background to be running this place. There is no way these people have any experience in the beautiful field industry. Once you have parted with your money there is no chance of getting it back even when they have done you soooooooo wrong. No customer service at all, please I?m only writing this because I have been burnt here.
I would highly recommend that you send your staff to further training including customer service including yourself!!!!!!! You have no idea to what your doing.
Avoid avoid avoid !!!!
