I ordered 2 items from this company for my daughters birthday and only received one of the items. When I emailed and told them this, they claimed they sent both items and then not only did they refuse to send out the missing item but were very unhelpful and seemed to not give two hoots. Utterly terrible customer service.

Excellent service, fast delivery, everything as it should be. Considering that I live far away in another country, I am pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended.

Usually great at getting preorders delivered on release day. But be warned that they send shipping confirmation and then hold the item in a distribution warehouse for several days. Apparently you need to purchase dpd next day but this hasn't been an issue for me before.Royal mail have still not received the item dispite... read full comment
