Went there for the 50% off if you wear crocs deal. Waited for 40mins just for them to say they wasn?t doing it anymore and they clearly put the sign up during the queue and they then lied about it and said it was always there. Complete waste of my time, won?t be seeing me again. Overpriced anyways

There was a women worker at crispy cremes she was very rude and disrespectful toward us I can?t exactly remember her name but I think it was nowa she was at the counter . She was friendly towards others and giving them free stuff but when it came to us asking for tap water she was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my daughter just because tap water is not aloud to be given she didn?t need to be rude toward us

Very disappointed with my recent visit to Krispy Kreme. One of the staff members?a lady at the counter?was extremely rude and dismissive. No greeting, no courtesy, and acted like she was being bothered just for doing her job. I came in expecting good service to match the quality of the donuts, but instead got an attitude for no reason. Management needs to address this kind of behavior?customers don?t deserve to be treated like an inconvenience

Wow talk about Surprise Bag, Really surprised and extremely very happy even with the long drive totally worth the trip to get that ?To Good To Go? surprise bag, Wonderful selection of items and more than I expected to receive for what I paid, sure be saving more ?To Good To Go? surprise bag from them again, thank you Kristy Kreme you made my day, glad I tried out your ?To Good To Go? save a bag as I had a VERY DISAPPOINTED Experience earlier for a lunch ?To Good To Go? with Huckleberry Chicken which I wouldn?t be going back to EVER.

I am a regular customer at this store for years. Me and my family has in most part enjoyed our experience. But today I got terrible treatment from the lackadaisical staff, you ask them for the hot ones and they give you the cold ones and reluctantly. There were 2 staff serving 1 was a bigger guy and the other younger (slimmer guy). The younger (slimer guy) was rude, unprofessional and uncaring in his job. He would regularly will be on his mobile and ignore customer. I would have to think twice to come to this store again. To Management I encourage you to take action to solve the issue I have raised. If not you are going to loss more loyal customers....

Visited here to purchase some doughnuts with some acquaintances. One of whom I was with placed the order and the rest of us were left in bewilderedment as we witnessed racist behaviour by a member of staff called Conor.
I diffused the situation with the help of other customers and left. Judging by the lower star ratings by other customers who had the misfortune of being treated like dirt here, I am sure they've fallen victim to this sad, lonely and hateful creature.
This must be what Krispy Kreme aspire to hire.
