Went into the branch to sort out an issue of attempted fraud after contacting the bank by telephone. The staff could not have been more helpful, Alka in particular. Very satisfied that problems were resolved swiftly and professionally.Update: I needed to return to the branch as my new card was not working for some reason. I was greeted by Linda; she and Kate checked details of the problem and arranged for me to see Alka again. Although the card was appropriately authorised and verified, it was still not functional? so a further new card was organised. Thank you to the team for investigating and arranging a replacement.

Despite the fact that HSBC is not my primary bank, the employees ran the branch like a military operation. Every staff member understood their position and who was responsible for what. A special thanks to Mehmet, who was patient and spent an hour dealing with my inactive bank account. I can't imagine I was the most exciting start to his day, but he resolved an issue which I had been putting off for some time,

When I need any help the staff at HSBC enfield are always extremely helpful. Okan and Hayri always has a happy and friendly approachable manner to myself and other customers too. They have helped me and my family on a number of occasions. They both always go above and beyond my needs. I always feel happy when I have been seen by either of them.

I cannot express my sincere thanks to Okan at Hsbc branch Enfield..He made me feel a valued customer and not only I have received a world class customer service , he is so knowledgeable about all the hsbc services and will always go above and beyond to help and assist all the customers that walked in the branch..There is always a smile on his face even at times under pressure. He made my day today and I can say he is a big asset to hsbc and I sincerely hope that he get recognised and rewarded .

Cheshunt and Waltham Cross branches have been closed so I had to go to Enfield. I was served by Okan who was so helpful and informative. I don?t think I?ve experienced customer service at this level for a long time. Well done Okan, you?re doing a great job. I hope you get the credit from your employers that you deserve.

I hope the enfield town branch does not close like others have as his face to face customer service is a credit to your branch Okan is an asset to HSBC and I hope Head office read the reviews !!

Terrible service. Totally uninterested staff. A simple transaction (deposit a cheque) took 32 minutes of waiting as ALL automatic banking machines were out of order.Not the first time I experienced this.HSBC need to have a look at their business ...
