Recently used HiQ garage for an Mot and when I got there they pointed out that the rear suspension control arm was broken which wasn't obvious when I left my house.They charged me twice what a brand new party costs and when I raised the matter with both Aj and tony I was told that is the price and and it needs to be paid.ended up paying £890 for a second hand part that costs on Ebay £70 brand new with all the fittingsI will make sure that nobody I know uses this garage ever .Very Dishonest peoples

An amazingly efficient service, am so impressed! I booked online for an MOT the night before, and received a call the next day to book in a time. Finding the place was very easy and once I got there, my car was started on straight away and MOT done very efficiently. Antonio was very helpful and friendly and I would recommend this place highly.

I have had the pleasure of using the boys at HiQ a few times and they really do a great job for me - the RAC booked me in for a replacement and they were very communicative and professional - I was very pleased with their high level of service, especially the young man named 'Tony' who made me feel very at ease being in a garage - of note - 'Denis' the tyre fitter also was very friendly and helped me too. Well done chaps!

DREADFUL.CON MERCHANTS WHO DONT CAREHiq head office where I touch with me following my previous scathing review on Trustpilot. They said they?d look into my complaint. Although I?ve repeatedly chased them, they have not got back to me. It is therefore no surprise their garage is prepared to rip me off since clearly head office do not care. The fish swims from the head and in this case, the head DOES NOT CAREMy previous review the Hiq garage in Enfield failed my MOT due to the tyres being ?under the legal limit? This they said was a ?dangerous defect?, so I would need to buy 2 new tyres in order to be able to drive the car away. THIS WAS A TOTAL LIE AND A SCAM. I had the tyres checked by 2 other garages who both said my tyres were fine.

I took my car for an MOT and was met by Antonio. He was friendly, helpful, diligent. I was very happy with his honest advice and assistance along with staff at HiQ Enfield. There was a minor issue which they kindly sorted out on the spot. I strongly recommend the centre to anyone. Date is 10th November 2023 at 12:20pm on A406 near Walthamstow. A young driver in his 20s, reg LX17 JLC, last 3 letters may be wrong as I couldn't see properly because he was tailgating me the whole time. This driver needs to be taught the safe distance rule and not put himself or other drivers in danger. Very unprofessional and gives the company a bad reputation

Good service and quick work. Got a little candy whilst waiting.I had to take 2 stars off because the communication beforehand was really frustrating, just a few words as answers and had to chase them for the right service to be done in my car.They also wanted to charge me more, they quoted me £180 but then they wanted to charge me £200, that's just straight up fraud. As soon as I started saying the previous quote they rectified as if they were waiting for me to say so.It's also very difficult to find, it doesn't appear in the right place in google maps and spent a good amout of time trying to find it.Go to Halfords, they are cheaper and with a much better service.
