No customer service.Rude people at the counter, spoke with the pharmacist and were also rude.If you're going with something they don't usually deal with the first answer is no. They don't listen to the explanation or any enquiries.

Sha poja and all resident workers have been kind, professional and served all comunitiies and demographics equitablly. Halil runs the Palace superbly and is approachable. I commend this pharmacy

The best chemist in enfield i been going there for many years. Mr Tushar very good with great experience and the staff been very helpful all time they treat me very well and Always give the best advice. I rate this chemist 5/5..Regards Vince

Constant mistakes with repeat prescriptions, either never have the items or they have the wrong dosage. Had to go back three times to get one item and it was the wrong dosage. Staff seem to not know what they?re doing and are condescending to customers. Went in today, and there were 5 other customers that ended up either not getting their prescription and were told to go to Boots, or they gave them items of the wrong dosage and were told to come back for the rest. Would not Recommend using this pharmacy.

Went to 3 different pharmacies who didn't have my prescribed medication. Then came to healthfare who had it!! very friendy staff, great customer service 10/10 will come again.

I have been with them for a long time and really can't complain as the man working there always accommodates mine and my son's medicines. I know their medicines are expensive but then I buy it from other places. I would give 4 stars. Thank you.

The staff at Healthfare are friendly and helpful. Always polite with a smile and care. I go every week for regular prescriptions and always have a good experience.
