I came to Greggs a few weeks had a good experience baked were hot service was welcoming shop was clean and presentable I was served by a lovely young lady called Lesha she welcomed me with a big smile polite friendly met my requirements advised me on deals in which I ended up with a free drink how AMAZING who doesn?t like a freebie staff are friendly keep up the good work

They're supposed to open at 6.30 am but never do. Not even close. It's a lottery what time they actually get Round to opening and lose a lot of early customers to the euro cafe across the road. I know because every day I park in the library car park over the road to drink my coffee (front the euro cafe) and watch people try to get in and walk away!

We were waiting in the queue for 20 minutes and there were 2 workers who were just moving at the pace of a snail and kept going to the back for long periods of time and the shop was full

Sometimes very busy and sometimes run out of what you want, thats ready to eat.
Some Greggs have seating in side, which is very good, in the winter months.
They've always got offers on.
Service is normally very good.
Shops are kept clean

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Greggs. I bought a chicken bake yesterday morning, and shortly after eating it, I began experiencing severe food poisoning symptoms, including diarrhoea. This was not only unpleasant but also disrupted my entire day.
Food safety should be a top priority, and this experience has made me question the quality and handling of the food at Greggs.

I don't understand one thing. they steal food and drinks all the time in this place. Do something about it, because in a moment everyone will take it for free. The food should be hidden and only a photo of the sandwich on the wall, what and how much. Terrible
