clearly a flaw on the Greggs app not allowing you to order a baguette which can be heated up but also staff will not warm out of good will or consider the fact some people cannot eat food straight from the cold fridge.

I ordered a bacon baguette with sauce. Once I started to eat it you could see the bacon was virtually uncooked. I showed it to the the lady and she was going to replace it for me,then the rude manageress came out and snatched it from her, and told me this is how we do it!! I think greggs need to look at this manageress customer service skills. Very disappointed on how she spoke and dealt with a minor issue.
