She has great brand knowledge, is trend & taste aware, was warm & welcoming, seemed interested in finding a sofa suitable for my needs & I was left to feel free to browse without any pressure whatsoever. The sofas I sat on seemed to be of sound construction, came in a selection of colours & were firm yet comfortable. I felt there could be more accent chairs as I’m not keen on 3 piece suites. I didn’t see anything that hit the bullseye as I’m looking for mid century modern but, based on today’s visit, will definitely return.”

“New, smaller store. Moving to a new site has resulted in a much reduced floor space, parking and product range. It's probably a better shop with less stuff in each aisle, but it's clean, tidy and bright. Overall it probably meets the needs of the reduced numbers of in store shoppers. Still got it's Trade Counter.”
