Avoid! Went into get 4 new tyres and at the time was advised wheel alignment needed at extra ( £70). Trusted them, big mistake. Whatever they had done to the car it started to drive to the right and only stayed in line if I forced it to stay in line with the steering. This place sold me something that I didn't need and made my car dangerous to drive. Furthermore when I raised this to them they went in test drive and when coming back the centre has huge pot holes on the forecourt ensured that they drove over the pot holes with my new tyres that I just paid for!!!

Good price, especially if you order tyres online, then have them fitted by Formula One..somehow it's cheaper than buying directly from them.

Recently got tyres from Black Circle's and this tyre shop is a fitting (free)agent for them very helpful manager, have used them many times over the yearsOops, so impressed I ordered another set of tyres direct from Formula1, for our 2nd car,Should have stuck with Black circle or Asda tyres,!!!Formula1 haven't got the tyres I've paid for in stock & don't know when they will come back in stock !!!I'll use formula 1 for fitting but not for supplying tyres,

I hade appointment with Formula One Autocentres - Enfield to fit new tyres I have paid online when I go there they told me we can't fit on VANS is too big only cars. This I don't understand why they accept online and they wasted my time all day and they look unprofessional. Formula one garage you have to sort out the problems there with your staff ?

Very disappointing visit, filter box end up scratched up possibly from using a screwdriver, engine oil level overfiled and it took 7h to complete simple oil & air filter change. Also, oil cap and seal from new oil bottle has been left on top of the engine. Very poor quality garage under disappointing management.

Avoid this place!Booked 2 tyres to change for 11am and done by 16:10. Big lack of care for my car, spare tyre and tools were not put back in my boot properly. Paint chipped on my rims and the centre cap came off less than a mile of driving. The manager Vaz said he'd sort me with another centre cap but because I had no photos of my rims before I had no legs to stand on.I've been chasing it up and hes told me 'it's ordered, I just got to go through the receipts'.3 weeks later, I called and was put on hold for 30mins, (he's recognised my number and ignored it). I called on another phone while still on hold, and he's picked up no problem. He made some rubbish up that I need to send a photo so he can order the right one (which all could have been done when I was with him the next day 3 weeks ago.He admitted he lied about ordering the centre cap and had been stringing me along for 3 weeks. Rubbish example of a manager, just telling the customer what they want to hear until they go away. If you're not going to do something about an issue you caused, say it straight next time.

Despite being 2 team members down my appointment wasn't delayed too long. Was kept informed throughout and the guys were friendly and professional despite being short staffed. I always look around at prices but 9 times out of 10 I always end up coming here

Unprofesional stuff. They didn't check proprely the car. And they couldn't give me an email i need to ring them 100 thimes . And still nothing . Do not go there
