Decided to go in the store to get a gift for my partner, I needed some assistance to pick the perfect gift and Karen the Ernest Jones employee was the most helpful lady I?ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She had a wide knowledge on a large selection of items as well as being extremely helpful and incredibly polite.

Went into Enfield?s store recently looking for a gift for my mum. I was served by a delightful lady named Karen, who helped me to choose a lovely bracelet which my mum loved. She asked me about my mum and gave me a number of options within my price change. Super helpful and much better than trying to choose online.

I bought a Tissot watch as a gift for my wife. The watch strap was too big and I went to Ernest Jones to have it adjusted. A guy who works there set it up for me, ( male employee) do not know his name, but, he didn't put the pins right, so the brand new watch, for over 700£ fell from my wife's hand on the street, and not sure if is not damaged because of his unprofessional work. I went back, a very polite girl who works there, put the pin in the right place and apologized. Unfortunately, "sorry" doesn't change the fact that the watch,fell on the floor and got scratched.

Bought a ring which turned out to have a slight defect..took it back for a refund and was greeted by the lovely Suman who quickly and professionally helped and sorted everything out in an instant, what a credit she is to the business.

PALACE GARDENS ENFIELDI took my watch in to get an estimate for a service on 15/12/21I was told an estimate could take 3-4 weeks and once I had agreed to the estimate a possible further 6-8 weeks to get the watch back14 weeks later , I have chased for an update on my watch .I spoke with a very polite lady called KARENShe informed me my watch was NOT back , it was due in today 24/03/22 She would email BREITLING and would phone me once the post had been .Having heard nothing I chased up again to be told by KAREN very politely thank the watch was due in today but it would now be tomorrowAND I could BOOK an appointment to collect my watch on Saturday.The service on my watch is £1530 which is what I would expect to pay for a service , however what I had hoped for was a better service from Ernest Jones ENFIELDAs the customer why am I chasing up my watch?. When I have been told they will contact me then to be told company policy I have to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. To collect my watch after a simple service !I had the original service receipt , I have photo I?d and having just experienced pretty rubbish service the final insult was to be told I need to?book an appointment ?.Is this in order to try and make the service somewhat more personalised or exclusive ?KAREN did apologise if Viking an appointment was offensive , but this was the final insult after sloppy serviceI like watches. I have NEVEr had to book an appointment with either Cartier or Panerai , to drop off nor collect an item yet Ernest johns an overage lower end high street jeweller needs an appointment for me to collect my watchperhaps Ernest Jones ENFIELD. Should focus on1/Give The correct waiting time when booking the watch in2/Monitoring and chasing the watch and the return date has passed the deadline3/Providing the customer with an accurate update on the watches progress4/ When informing the customer they will phone back. They do soIn short DO NOT OVERPROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER?VERY DISSATISFIED
