Went in to upgrade a watch. Was initially served by three different people who turned the upgrade into a new purchase. I was told I?d be emailed all the details which never happened. I received a text from EE as a password request had apparently been added. When I phone 150 I was told I?d have to pay for a new account and to cancel the shop purchase. I was left sat in the shop for thirty mins before the staff obliged and cancelled the original transaction. Awful service.

Horrible service year in and year out. They will take phone to back office and change settings on brand new phones . They asking you to log your existing Gmail accounts on phones (what you do not need) it claim that otherwise phone will not run smoothly (maybe i do not need pss old details ,maybe is gift ) pulling clients legs saying it will not work if you don't link it with old data or old account ....phone require only to put sim card nothing else. Many complaints what I make for past 5 years go absolutely ignored . They avoided complying with EE dealers rules by constantly changing managers and ignoring clients complaints. Selling contracts even drunk peoples openly without no hesitation even about clients prlesent there -other hand non of English or British openly challenge them !!! Horrible service . Do not even comply with them own CHRISTMAS DEALSwhen selling BRAND NEW CONTRACT .

Good location, staff need to cheer up a little, very knowledgeable but need to make the clients feel a little more welcome. I suppose the weather didn't help.

Big thank you to Imran at Enfield town store which helped me get my sim back up and running. The call service 150 had messed up my sim replacement but Imran kindly resolved this for me efficiently

Never again. This was the worst retail experience of my life. Thankfully the wonderful EE staff on 150, especially the Retail Customer Care team, were extremely helpful and were able to make the shop resolve the issue. If you want honesty and integrity then call EE on 150.

Rude staff and at 2.10pm lots of them on lunch apparently. I see a few open the door, look in and see the amount of customers and close the door. Lots of customers waiting and a lot of us walking out because they couldn't either help or customers are tired of waiting. Was given false information about an upgrade. Much better service over the phone

This 1-star review is specifically for the extremely rude and aggressive young female staff. She is just a senior crew or something equivalent, not even a store manager.She was hiding clauses and charges from us. When we realized that by getting a big bill, trying to ask for an explanation (not even asking for refunds or anything else), she?s super defensive to a point that she shouted at my husband. That?s rude - and she said she is not catering us because she?s not a CS person. In that case I wonder - what on earth was she doing here in this high street branch then? What does she expect from this role? This is a customer facing role please respect yourself and your profession. Being overly defensive to a point that?s getting aggressive didn?t help the situation at all. I really have no clue why she was so angry, what?s the point of shouting at your clients?Hey EE, please get suitable candidates for your customer facing roles. The young girl appears to be too defensive too angry for this job, just no good for both hers and clients mental health. I feel sorry to see that her colleague were all trying their best to settle the situation, while she was still putting oil on to fire trying to insult my husband. I can see how desperate working with such a character. Sorry I don?t want to give an one star review as well but it was simply ridiculous. This one and only star is for her colleagues who were trying best to save the desperate conversation, nothing to do with this overly angry young lady, don?t get me wrong

Says on website they open 9.30am on a Sunday, when they open at 11am . Shutter was up so went inside and sat waiting. Staff member walks in at 10.53am and first thing he said was that I wouldn't be seen for 7 minutes. One of the staff had previously sold a broadband package to my mother who is 80yrs old , where he has changed her account to a business account to make it cheaper. So I asked to cancel the order (within 14 days cooling off period) . And I get told we have to phone bt to cancel. Customer service is proper poor. EE don't have any probs calling bt to set it up, but don't call them when you want to cancel.

I've been to EE in Church Street twice now due to sim problems i was dealt with both times by Abbas who provided a excellent service.
