Some good products but this stores seems a bit lost and soulless. The cafe was also shut, with customers still in it (apparently ?no milk?!?!). The cafe customer I spoke to blamed the management. Oh and?No welcome on arrival. Just a stare, like a bouncer would give.

Sitting in a cafe, googled the lamps I liked, saw Dunelm was only around the corner drove over and purchased two without any issues. 15 minutes later we were home again. Pleasant staff, easy purchase, will definitely be my first port of call if I need anything for my home.

There are so many beautiful products/finishing for the home, and at reasonable prices. It is a fantastic place to visit if you are setting up/revamping your home.

Now this place has everything you need for house Ware to bathroom and bedroom and curtains too. They have great benefits for all the people and I just love coming here to look around too.

The worst store ever! Staff were unhelpful and rude! Only two staff on the counter and they were sooo slow! There was a really long queue waiting to be served. I waited for like 45 mins to get served and I was actually behind 5 people! There are plenty of staff walking around. They all are so miserable and brushed off without helping out etc. Just awful! You should br ashamed of your staff there! Rubbish management too!
