Completely useless driver and managers , every single person I communicated with was just wasting my time. Was supposed to receive a parcel , first day the driver Sami tries to deliver it to the wrong address , second day I waited outside for an hour so I can make sure he doesn't deliver it to the wrong address again, this time he completely skipped just me and posted a picture of a random place in London, apparently he "tried" to deliver to. And now they returned the parcel to the company I was waiting the parcel from which again made me waste more time having to solve this with the company... Absolutely horrid.

What is the point in an explaining your ?safe place? when they?ll ignore it and dump it in full view of the street ready to get stolen. Absolutely useless service.

I pay extra for delivery on Saturday. They send me message: "Your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area. Your estimated delivery date is now Monday the 18th March*".

The driver has never showed up! The tracking on the website was tampered with! Absolutely disgraceful! Not even a one star! ZERO!

Its a Shame that constant bad reviews about the same individual does not lead to them losing there jobs. Veselin once again is an awful dpd driver. I never understand why you would bother making the trip to deliver a parcel and then not deliver it. I've worked as a parcel driver before and as much as I hated it i tried to do my best because I know what it's like being on the recieving end of bad delivery drivers. Please DPD at this point I'm begging because I don't have a choice concerning the delivery companies my suppliers use - be professional and manage your drivers. Alternatively, make a way that customers can bring their complaints and they're actually resolved. Better still is Veselin is not willing to deliver the parcels they are given give to someone else who is willing.

Delivered my package at a someone else?s house and took a picture of their front door and says apparently I signed for it. Trying to call the local depot was on hold for 20 minutes. This is not the first time I?ve had delivery issue with Dpd. I will complain to the suppliers hopefully they stop using dpd can?t speak about other region the Enfield branch is poor my organised and no help no I have to find time out of my schedule to contact supplier and wait for refund that take up to 7 days because some one could not read an address correctly.What a joke

The worst delivery service. I don't even know how they can have such poor quality of service.DDP was supposed to deliver the package to me but they never show up and said they delivered it to my neighbor at an address that doesn't even exist...When I called customer service after 25 minutes of waiting, they just hung up after I gave them my parcel number.Please never use this service again !

My local driver turns up when he wants to, so missed a few deliveries which is affecting my business ?It could be a good service but the local driver is letting them down.

I like using the dpd app is very easy to use once you register yourself you can track and change delivery or arrange to be delivered to your neighbour or different addreS which is very helpful

Said they?d tried to collect my parcel didn?t ring the doorbell or knock and charged me £12 after waiting in all day. I returned it to their depot in Enfield Motson Road as couldn?t trust them to pick it up and no one answers the intercom. Absolute shambles of an organization.

Precision within the allocated time frame, quick WhatsApp communication with an ability to leave an immediate note to the driver through WhatsApp, well handled parcel whether it was big or fragile.Simply, the trust that I needed to handover my parcel.
