Awful awful customer service. The sofas are china made. The quality is atrocious. The sofa will sink and screws will come apart within one year and head office will do absolutely nothing to help. They will send technician who will say one thing to you and another to the store. So stay very far away. Shoddy cheap and Chinese made sofas.

Initially was very impressed with service from Hassan however as soon as they have your money they don?t care about you or the issues THEY cause. They delivered a bed with missing parts and a broken frame that had clearly been a return but this was not explained to us, they then took 5 days to collect the bed meaning I was left with 4 large boxes in my house for a week. They also refused to take the bed upstairs in initial delivery which is pathetic. We also ordered a two price sofa set, they deliver one part on time and the second was supposed to follow two weeks later, 4 weeks later I chase them up only to be told I?ll be waiting another two months but they didn?t even bother to reach out to explain there is delays. They are terrible customer services and very poor organisation clearly as there?s lots of poor complaints.

Appalling service. Do NOT buy from this store, and particularly not from this branch. I ordered a sofa in their clearance . It arrived and when the package was cut open there was a hole in it (in the same area the knife was used to cut the packaging). I therefore refused to accept the delivery and the sofa was taken away. I have photos taken in store which prove the damage was not there at the time of purchase. I also have photos taken at delivery which show the damage to the sofa . The delivery crew documented that I didn?t accept the delivery, but did not document why!
It?s been 10 days now and I am still chasing a refund . There?s no way to call the store directly. Whenever I call the customer service they say I need to wait for the store to call me back which can take 72 hours and that there is nothing more they can do . The store are not calling me back . I haven?t received a call from them for 7days ! I?m still chasing my refund !
A customer service representative, ?Harry? was particularly unhelpful and did not even attempt to try and understand the issue. I had to call back to speak to someone else . I am being sent from pillar to post for the Last 10days. This is completely unacceptable .
I Eventually received a call back from a different store (Romford )some days ago, and was told that the Edmonton store are being difficult which is why it has been passed on to them. Despite that intervention, the issue is still unresolved.
(For comparison, I had an issue with Fishpools last week. The chandelier I had ordered was too big so I cancelled my order. Refund was issued over the phone immediately - excellent & efficient customer service unlike DFS who have not been able to resolve this for over 10days now.)
Haven?t heard back from the Edmonton store for a week. Come on Edmonton store , sort this out. Give me my refund including delivery .

Sold me a 3k sofa thats ripped 4 times and fell apart in the last 10 months, currently been waiting 5 months for them to come and fix a massive hole in the sofa, they keep saying it will be another month and refuse to take the sofa back now. Id never buy from here again bunch of con artists!!

DFS car parking is free, as you walk in the store you are greeted with happy staff who are willing to help you and guide you.
The price of the sofa range is £1,200-£4000, just depends on what you looking for. This store does have a clearance section and it?s Always a good idea to check what they have.
The delivery of the sofa can take time
Depending on what you choose but they are really clear on that.
They always have a good variety to choose from.
There is a coffee machine there free for all customers.

VERY VERY poor customer service, absolutely rubbish!
They sweet talk you into buying extras like guardsman insurance and fabric cleaning kits. However when you go to make a claim it's a very different story. The people at the call centre don't know anything and you get told the store will call you back only to be told this and that are not covered.
On the one occasion guardsman sent someone out to clean a stain which wouldn't come out I was told someone will call. Instead they closed the claim and told me nothing more could be done. So what is the point of the insurance I am paying for? What does it cover?
Because I foolishly took out insurance I didn't want the cleaning kit but the sales lady was like take it's very good in emergencies and that I could get a free replacement when it ran out. Now that it's run out I called for another kit only to be told I have to pay for it. The tone of the person in the phone was rude too.
They are only interested in making a sale and earning a commission. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN, THEY ARE VERY CLEVER. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AND CERTAINLY DO NOT BUY THE EXTRAS. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN DFS BRAND.

This company is very untrustworthy, we had very bad experience they made us to wait for 2 months for a mattress and today they said i still need to wait for another 2 weeks, there is very bad communication between workers no one knows who wants what and they have no idea how to keep customer satisfaction. I advise everyone to not shop with them ever again.

Just bought it a week ago report it from first day that sofa is so bad quality, bad smell like I had it 20 years ago, and I got neglected from the staff kept saying nothing wrong. £3000 for two sofas seems like second hand, even second hand is much better, I believe.

Our first purchase from DFS Enfield was six years ago, and we are still just as happy with our sofas as the day we bought them! The quality has truly stood the test of time, remaining comfortable and in great condition. The showroom has a fantastic selection, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A reliable place for quality furniture ? highly recommended!

Very poor communication and customer service post sale.
We really liked the sofas and thought we had a good deal. The store staff were lovely.
Only bought it because of how quickly it would come. However no one contacted us when they said they would, and after waiting 2 weeks post estimated delivery date we called them and managed to arrange for 1/2 of the sofas to arrive.
Still unclear when the other will and no empathy from the customer service team. You?re treated so nicely until something is sold but then the customer service, expectation setting drops off a cliff.
