Dfs took 4 months to deliver one single left hand facing sofa. I wanted a sofa with the arm rest on the left hand but it came 4 months later and the arm rest is on the right hand not left. The description is confusing. One of the first colleagues I spoke to on the phone from dfs was also confused by the description and said she will get someone else to call me. I have received 2 calls after that from 2 different people asking the same thing and now the third call is from a manager, Richard, who has contacted me to tell me I won?t be getting the £100 I paid for delivery back and on top of that, I will be charged 20% of the total product price for them to take it back. He was not understanding at all of the situation and kept arguing back saying it is not their fault and it?s as per the description, a very confusing description in fact. So I agreed to pay the 20% if I get the £100 I paid for delivery back as it was delivered way later than promised. Richard refused and said he can give me a HAMPER for the delay!!!! I asked him what the purpose of his phone was if he cannot help me or provide me other options. He kept saying he wants to help but provided no other options. He in fact resulted in practically threatening me that if I take too long to agree with him to pay the 20% then they will not be taking it back at all. I don?t understand how you can have this attitude or speak to someone like that after you have taken 4 months to deliver a single arm sofa which was meant to take 5-8 weeks.

Received furniture and the padding on the furniture I swear isn't the same as the showroom model. Had a idiot try and come out to me to fix it and was rude and completely useless. Go to Fishp@@ls.

I have to say I am very disappointed with DFS Enfield branch.. I ordered my sofa on 11/12/23 when DFS were doing the express delivery, get it before Christmas offer. I was promised by the salesman and the branch manager that I would receive the sofa on or before 21/12/2023. This didn't happen. There was no direct number to the Enfield branch which showed me how little they care for customer service. I got through to head office who promised I would get a call back from Enfield branch, this never happened. The only honest ones were the delivery company who DFS uses, they phoned and told me my delivery had been delayed and would arrive after Christmas or in the New Year. Misleading customers and lack of transparency is the worst thing a company can do in my opinion. Extremely disappointed in what I thought was a reputable company.

Customer service is terrible. No one knows anything. They are quick to take your money but no resolution with issues that arise after the purchase

Avoid Mica (so called manager) who has zero customer service skills. If I could leave no stars I certainly would. Atrocious experience at this store. A Mickey Mouse outfit. You will not have a hope in hell of getting them to deal with faulty goods once they have your money, and will be told "too bad, it's within our "standard". Buyer beware, avoid at all costs!

Do not purchase the insurance with Guardsman!Made 2 claims in August and was given an 8 - 12 weeks time frame for delivery of new pillow backs and materials for the cuddler.16 weeks on no pillow backs have been sent and the material for the cuddler was sent but it was the incorrect cut.I've now been told hopefully it will all arrive by January.Completely unacceptable.I would like guests in my house gorgeous Christmas but the sofa looks awful.The pup had a mad week, unexpectedly.

Couldn't believe they had a sale on, how lucky was that! Loads of sofas etc on offer so much choice and reasonable prices, much cheaper than the other 2 furniture stores next door.

Horrible services!I will not recommend them. After buying the item (3090£) waiting 3 weeks for delivery , nothing to do with DFS to receive the item or resolve something about it ?just headaches.UpdateAfter four weeks waiting I received just half item (corner sofa) they doesn?t know what happened.

Disgusting customer serviceWent into store today to look at a sofa I had seen online. Customer service was disgusting. I walked in, no one greeted me, although as you walk in the staff were sitting there chatting away, one member was just on the desk opposite the door on her tablet/phone, no acknowledgment at all. Walked around.., every other customer that came in caucasian were greeted and asked if they needed help. I feel discriminated against if I?m honest. Actually saw a sofa I liked? but refused to buy as I would not want my hard earned money going to ppl who can?t even acknowledge me when In the store. I will be sending this to head office also. If you want to feel like you?re appreciated for your custom? don?t go here.

I?ve purchased a few sofas from this branch over the years - the most recent one being delivered today. I must say I?m very pleased with how easy and smooth the processes have been each time. The delivery came a week earlier than expected and the team delivering were exceptional.

I went to browse for a sofa as my other ones were in a sad state, then an angel in the shape of Hasan a lovely guy made it possible for me to get these beautiful leather chairs, and it was delivered the very next week I'm still in shock the chairs are so comfy I'm sitting in it as I write this, Hasan definitely deserves a raise he was very thoughtful,understanding and caring. He made me and my son feel very welcome. Very impressed with the service if I could I'd give it 100 out of 10 lol ? very happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend Hasan and DFS for your sofa ?

Never written a bad review in my life, but this company and this store is deserving of it. Received faulty sofas. Hadn't been even a year and sofa interiors collapsed. They came to fix it and fixed half of it. The service manager even said I should take it elsewhere to get it fixed. LOL! Out of my own pocket money?! I spent 2,000 on the sofas as a gift for my disabled mother - the company cannot even acknowledge that. WHAT A DISGRACE. Been trying to get through to them that half of my sofas were fixed. Received an unprofessional voicemail from the store saying "We fixed the interior of sofas, what is the problem now?". AVOID THIS COMPANY AS A WHOLE. DO NOT BUY.
