Yesterday I've ordered a meal from this shop through Uber eats. I ve had some decent food in the past but recently this place is dodgy. First of all there is no a contact number to call. And this has been going on for almost 2 years. 2nd their menu is very confusing. If U want either hard food or boiled rice or macaroni forget it. Can't order it. And lastly which is the reason of this review my food arrived half heated. Parts of the chicken were cold and other parts hot. Not overall lukeworm. Just half heated. Chicken was definitely not fresh. We tried to send a message to the owner with the driver who delivered the food but he couldn't speak any English. Anyway I'm done with them. Obviously they don't need any business

This is without a doubt the worst Caribbean food I have ever encountered. It was clearly at least three days old, lacked any gravy, and was utterly disgusting. Even if it were free, I would refuse to eat it again. I would much prefer a cheese sandwich over this garbage. Absolutely zero stars!

Dee?s Bakery is an absolute gem! The baked goods are fresh and delicious, especially the banana bread . The staff is super friendly and always ready with great recommendations. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax with a treat and coffee. I can?t wait to visit again!

No way this can be considered Caribbean food. Soggy rice, bland Mac & cheese, and unauthentic jerk chicken. Not to mention the order was delivered 1 hour late. Unbelievable.

We live locally, and the food took two hours to arrive. Seems they deliver themselves as opposed to using couriers. After waiting two hours it wasn?t great and items were missing. Please believe the bad reviews and don?t take a chance like me.

What a disgrace - whoever runs that place has no clue about customer services.Don't be fooled by the opening times - whoever an owner is opens at the time which are suitable for him. Been there many times, what an attitude !It's like you almost begging to buy I would say.Not going there anymore- been always taking patties and chicken, which is lovely even if pieces are only for one bite ....Utterly disgusting customer service. Such a potential, such a spot, no one's bothered ....You just lost a customer.

I can't review the quality of your food because it didn't even show up. I ordered from you for the first time and being pregnant I craved a curry goat so much that I was looking forward to it and I am disgusted how you simply had zero customer care. After 1 hour of waiting after ordering through Just eat, I called you to see when you'd roughly a (as sometimes just eat timings can be off slightly) and a man on the phone said that the driver isn't at the restaurant yet so once he's back he will deliver my food. I ordered at 7pm and at 8.35pm! I actually thought I'd give them a chance and call once more to check if there was any further delay because Ill need to order elsewhere if that's the case as I'm now super hungry, NO answer whatsoever after I called 3 times! Your a total a total Joke if this is what you call a business, if this is what you call customer care! That's customer negligence and ignorance in my opinion. You are located in the perfect with the best potential regular customers but your reviews prove your standards are LOW.
