Unfortunately a dip in quality and service post lockdown. Was told there was no platinum service available or any extra upholstery cleaning due to it being very busy and the cleaner was blatantly reluctant. I was only third in line with one car behind me. How rude this lad was .... been using this place ever since 1st opened... but now will not the way I was spoken to ... plus the I'm the boss and the finger I got as I told him get a life and drove away
