This used to be a great store. Staff are friendly but now they have no toilet facilities, apparently no air con, no ice, no card machine and no hot water!
Everything is broken apart from the till!
Come on Costa, you can do better than this!

Last 3 weeks Been shopping with my girlfriend ml 3rd and last visit to Enfield shopping centre Costa
As always slow and unfriendly cold service queues going out side entrance block waiting ppl busy

Toilet closed they are directing customers out side,
Fridge cabinet not working where they keep sandwiches only coffee and cake for sale,
everything on the floor cups, crisps,papers, finished trays with nearly every empty table in and out side staff cool not paying attention apart from making coffee.

Service here was slow, a constant queue of up to five people with only two staff members present, taking orders, and preparing refreshment and food. The staff were busy and polite and obviously trying to offer good service. Two customers in front of me left, I am assuming, due to the wait.
This branch was untidy and not very clean. The toilet was out of order, and patrons were told to use the public toilets nearby, adjacent to Waitrose.
The fridge was out of order, as it was on my previous visit over a week ago. Sandwiches and filled rolls were not available to order, only pastries and cakes.

Staff are super friendly! Atmosphere is nice although slightly crowded but at midday what can you expect? Staff are easy to talk to and can even recommend drinks honestly! I don?t have much more to say but it?s a shame that Costa is quite expensive.

The flat white, as always in any Costa, was excellent and of good size. But the portion of Rocky Road has now been halved in size whilst the price is the same.

This review relates to the Costs Coffee shop immediately on the north side of the river, under Tower Bridge. This place does not possess a toilet. It is my understanding that food and drink outlets with 10 or more seats must, by law, provide a toilet for customers. Not sure how they have got round this
