There are hardly ever any staff to help out and do anything to help customers. The store is always packed full with hardly any staff helping customers and/or members of the Public.....

There are three or four really nice staff in this store, who make an effort to be friendly. However, I have had the unfortunate experience of encountering the manager a few times recently, and wow is she rude. She looks at you like you?re a piece of dirt, doesn?t say hello or goodbye or please and thank you. Basic manners that she clearly doesn?t have - why work in retail if you hate people? She never wears a name badge either (probably so people can?t complain about her) but I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

It?s not a perfect shop. Not all the shelves are full. But the ladies working in there - and very hard- make up for it. They have so much to do, and they still smile at you. And it?s local, very convenient. Coop as a company has a lot to improve - e.g. give the more staff, but as for the ladies working there - they are lovely xx

Joke sized (tiny) expensive shop, put on the same stretch of road as two other Co-ops (one large, one moderately sized) but strategically placed to make the most of the nearby railway station to the detriment of the privately owned store next door. They accept contactless payments here. Tiny store naturally means poor variety.

The most rude manager ever. Only 4 of the ladies and men mostly working evening shifts theyâ??re always nice , friendly and very approachable. The rest of the staff, especially the manager are so rude , show how much they hate their job and and they look like costumer are bothering them . I understand they feel under pressure, but being a bit nice and respectful doesnâ??t cost money.
