“Great customer service. Both members of staff were very friendly and helped me select items for my first camping trip. When I assumed an item was out of stock because I couldnt find it, the guy said he would check and voila he found it. The female assistant was knowledgeable on the stove I purchased and even show me how to insert the gas canisters and use the item. Thank you both”

Even at the end of the day when the store is about to close; Christine will remain upbeat and polite.The store supervisor is also a friendly and helpful person.There’s a lovely and cool vibe in that store.”

“Same day service for the uniform our son required; ordered at 9am, ready by 2pm! Really dug us out of a hole given the 'official' uniform supplier had our order for three weeks and still hadn't done the embroidery on the shirts or communicated that there was a delay. Thank you Yvonnes!”

“31/8/23 I went to have my plates made and fitted. Ofc there was a bit of a wait, but that’s to be expected really as they operate a first come first serve but it was only 30 minutes, I’ve been in supermarket queues for longer than that!3 guys in particular went over and above for me, specially the guy who rescued my handbag with my car keys in it from the back seat so I could get into my car.So thank you for being the friendly professional kind people that you are. Kindness costs nothing and it stays with the people it’s offered to.”

“I went into the men's section which is pretty good. A wide range of clothes, some with patterns. There are clothes that are good for formal wear and smart casual.I found some good polo shirts here. They have a good range of colours too.The biggest problem I had is that there is little to no medium sized clothes for anything which was annoying. I found some really good tops and trousers but there was only Large, Extra Large or Small which are no use to me.No Medium sizes available. Since this is the most popular size I suggest there needs to be more of this.Special thanks to Vera who is an excellent shop assistant, she helped me with all my queries. Helpful and a wonderful person to talk to.Overall this is a good shop. I recommend.”

“I came into the shop a couple of weeks ago and honestly the customer service was amazing. Im a bigger girl with bad anxiety so things like bra and clothes shopping make me slightly nervous and uncomfortable. I got talking to the gorgeous London and she made me feel so at ease and very comfortable. Not only did she take the time to measure and fit me properly (as the previous time I went in I was given an unneeded bra extender) but she actually took the time to talk to me and make me feel as though my body wasn’t something to be ashamed of. We spoke for a while on body positivity and her past experience working on plus size models at London fashion week. She went absolutely above and beyond to make my experience there as comfortable as she could and I left feeling amazing and knowing exactly what to order online. My delivery came today (after only ordering a couple of days ago) and I could not be more happy. Thank you so much London!! The world needs more people like you!”

“Not my type of shop although I did find a black plain polo shirt in there. But my daughters like H&M. This shop has 2 floors, changing rooms looks clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and helpful so I would recommend this shop to others”

“Nice shop to buy clothes and accessories , past seasons, this particular store has friendly staff at the writing of this review in August 2023, close to the multistorey carpark, escalators facility, wide range of shoes, handbags and home section , fitting room has 4 cubicles for men and 4 for women and one for easy access ?sometimes the cue can be very long especially at pick times and less staff at the tills, it would be good it can offer more gold label items , jewelleries, overall this store is one of my favourites where I buy stuff and I really recommend it !!”

“I was served by an assistant named Matilda. She was very kind, knowledgable and professional. The store was busy and she was the only one available on the shop floor. She coordinated the customers very well and I did not feel like I was being ignored. She was also very helpful and informative when choosing the styles of shirts.”

“Can't complain about the visit to the store today. Went to return two items of clothing, but you cannot recieve a refund for the goods purchased - only store credit, which was fine in our case as we will likely pop in again for something else. It was well explained how long it would be valid for also. Store is generally a busy branch, and staff seemed to all be working efficiently.”
