“I just wanted to update upon my issue with this service and add another review as Kerry the manager of the food bank got in touch -we spoke for over 20 minutes on the phone about my grievances and how she could possibly assist me (which I felt she went beyond what was expected). Kerry arranged for me to collect a food package the following day and also sorted out some energy vouchers as my meter has been in the grip of being on emergency for months now -when I went and collected the food everyone was hugely helpful and made me feel welcome this time plus what was in the package actually will last more then the five days it's issued for ?My experience from last Saturday stil stands but Kerry rectified all that and actually seemed to wanna listen during our phone call and I felt comfortable opening up with her -honestly I can't thank her enough as that little touch really has put me towards the right step (however small) and for me she did the service a awesome duty there and deserves credit too ?It's demeaning to the self when you have to scrap and battle for the smallest bits of help sometimes or gaining the right advice but I'm glad I saw the process through as I couldn't carry on with how my life was panning out since being in London.Blessings and light ??”
