Jacky and Michael from Enfield Carpetright were extremely kind & helpful in assisting us on choosing a carpet that met our recommendations! Couldn?t recommend their services more. We feel redeemed after explaining our not great experience in the Friern Barnet store.

I visited Carpetright today and was very pleased and impressed with the service I received from David and Jackie they took the time to understand my needs and to understand my budget and help me make the right decision for my flooring. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Thank you so much Carpet Right but all your help and support.

Very large selection of carpets, wooden flooring, and underlay. My lounge is 5000 m2 so I have had to sell my children to purchase the higher end flooring of my choice. Staff were very accommodating. Free car park. Win win.

Do not under any circumstances buy anything from here. They are crooks and liars. Especially Michael. We were sold metres of extra carpet that was not needed and they refused to take it back. We were sold metres of underlay we did not need and they refused to take it back. Their surveyors overestimate your requirements and they con you basically. 3 months down they have still not finished the job due to missing stair clips. Horrible company. I will be taking them to the small claims court soon for breach of contract.

Micheal (CarpetRight Enfield) was extremely helpful, patient and professional. He took his time to support us choose the right carpet for our home and circumstances.He also followed up on our order to ensure it was successful and his dedication and delivery was a huge factor in us deciding to go along with Carpetright.I cannot recommend him enough.

Really this review should be split into 2 parts :The in store / customer service element would really be a 2 starsThe fitting element would be a 5 starsWe lost my dad back in August and part of the process Has been to cheer up mum by making some much needed improvements to the kitchen and extension. After both rooms decorated and fitting new curtains and blinds mum wanted new carpet for the extension and new vinyl flooring for the kitchen.Mum wanted to keep the business local in waltham abbey but I persuaded her to visit the carpetright enfield branch due to the fact I get 8% discount through my employer.We visited on the 6th November 23 and were served in branch by Jade . Initially she was courteous and helpful and we quickly ordered carpet and vinyl to the measurements I had taken. The price was competitive and there was an additional offer of free fitting ( which is actually deducted from the carpet and you pay the fitters cash on the day )After the discount was applied I explained to Jade that I needed to use my employer online portal to buy a Carpetright voucher .....it was at this stage that Jade didn't 'get it' . Michael came over and he understood what the process was just that he said that they aren't trained by head office to process carpetright vouchers.So Instore the bill comes to X , i then buy a legitimate carpetright voucher for X amount but I only pay Y ( cheaper amount) . then the carpetright voucher showed the FULL amount of X.It can only be described that Jade threw a strop ! and when I tried to explain she wasn't giving us any extra discount . She stropped off like a petulant child to the other side of the showroom and left Michael to it.......After both of us musing over what codes to put in the till it printed a invoice. At least Michael was helpful.The fitting date was set for 23rd Nov after being assured all was in stock !. On the 22nd I called the store and Jade answered .....when I asked if the fitting was going ahead as planned she said NO , ITS OUT OF STOCKI politely asked if she would have called mum to let her know if I hadn't called them ...basically the answer was its not my fault!.The fitters on the other hand were FIRST CLASS , 2 Asian gents who I apologise i didn't get their names . But were EXCELLENT . timely, professional, did a great job and tidy-up and hoovered after themselves.So all in all we are happy with elements of the purchase but not all .

Went to Carpet Right in Enfield with my family and was greeted by Tom who assisted us with looking for carpets for our new home. Tom was very helpful and informative about carpet prices and quality. He assisted us through the process of buying the carpet and we were very satisfied with his customer service.
