Amazing service from Cardfactory! After trying The Works in pouring rain rushed before closing arrived 5.20pm. Told they are cashing up the till and not possible to buy balloon for a birthday. Went across to Card Factory to ask is it too late to purchase balloons they said no at all. Will always use Cardfactory and recommend to friends and family it's the best service !

There is always a queue in this store. However, their queuing system tends to be swift at rimes. Whilst other times, it can take a long time to get served. But all in all, its okay. But just don't go in there st busy times becsuee it can be chaotic to say the least then they are really busy.
