We want this Nero in the heart of Enfield Town to be changed as soon as possible. As much as we love drinking their coffee, the place is very dirty inside, the sofas smell bad, and it?s extremely messy.

Ordered a salted caramel iced velvet americano and idk what I got but it wasn?t that. No ice and no salted caramel but I just wanted to leave because I got so many questions about my order when I placed it she bloody confused me

All the girls are good at making coffee but there is a new girl who isn?t trained and they are making her make coffee without training and you can tell she spills it all over , I think this is cafe neros problem rather than individuals as all they care is cheap labour and more money as this place is really busy and they Expect it to be done by 2 girls which is impossible

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Two female baristas are so rude was talking disrespectfully about me in their own language. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I felt discriminated. Coffee is horrible.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.This place needs new employees ASAP.

I went today in the shop for my coconut chai latte with my daughter and my ?birthday treat ?before closing. I don?t like to come before shop is ready to close but I was so busy. I was served by Stefania, there was 2 Ladies one dark hair and one blond both hard-working Ladies and very kind. I admit they?re so professional because working in Enfield you must be patience because rude and messy customers are non stop. The Lady with dark hair asked if my child wants to use the bathroom before she cleans. So kind of her! I honestly appreciate their hard work. In all shops in Enfield except Caffe Nero they want the money and want you to get out. Well done Girls. Not anyone can make a good quality drink thank you.

I am a regular customer and I buy my late there because I work close to there. Most of the staff are not friendly. Even though I always ask for my coffee to be exstra hot, they always give me normal coffee. I have to constantly remind them. Every time I buy a coffee there, they make me have to remind them twice. They do not listen to the customers well,,And the toilet door is always open, it is not hygienic at all.
