We want this Nero in the heart of Enfield Town to be changed as soon as possible. As much as we love drinking their coffee, the place is very dirty inside, the sofas smell bad, and it’s extremely messy.

Ordered a salted caramel iced velvet americano and idk what I got but it wasn’t that. No ice and no salted caramel but I just wanted to leave because I got so many questions about my order when I placed it she bloody confused me
