Absolutely disgusted by the staffs behaviour. The ?only? lady that worked there refused to give me her name when i asked her since she knew i was going to drop her a bad review.
Absolutely miserable. She needs to be sacked! One other guy came in and was disgusted by the rudeness of this lady. Says cash only. We asked her to prepare the food while we get the cash from the ATM machine which was only across the road. She said no get the cash first?
Second time ive come here and disgusted of this ladies behaviour.
We came here last time and she was spraying tables next to us and cleaning with bleach. Which was very rude.
Customer service was terrible definitely not going back!
If i could i wouldnt even star them. Disgusting service.

I?ve sporadically ordered from this store whenever I?ve got a Caribbean takeaway pretty much since they?ve opened, although my last order was extremely disappointing, I?d spent almost £40 with one person having a juice and two patties and I had a juice, 3 jerk wings, rice and peas with jerk pork and fried dumpling. Dumpling was perfect, juice was perfect when I got to the 3 jerk wings I was very surprised the little meat on it, which you?d expect little amount of meat was dehydrated, overcooked and dried up, tough and very chewy not what I?d come to expect or had before it was hard to tell what was meat and what was bone. Rice and peas tasted great but again was very surprised ( thought I was just unlucky with the wings ) as the pork meat tasted dehydrated/chewy/tough dry and overcooked with bone as tough as the meat. Never, ever had such a disappointing meal from Brown Eagle and always rate their food tasty and fresh, not sure what happened here, of course I was disappointed and somewhat surprised with my order as I ate hardly any of the pork dish and ended up throwing it away. I reiterate again, never had a disappointing meal from there until now. Not sure how food that overcooked and dry can be sold.

It?s all about your luck,they have few good and friendly staff who are so nice and polite and the exact opposite with couples of rude and disrespectful staff and I think they don?t get along well as some days good ones works and other days bad ones so it depends which one are there when you walk in

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and most importantly the food is out of this world!! I had the curry goat, rice & peas, a fried dumpling, and some of their hot sauce!! Damn... Just writing this review is making my mouth water! Looking forward to my next visit.

Soggy rice and peas.
Mayo in the coleslaw had clearly gone off, I could taste the lumps and almost threw up when I tried it. Absolutely terrible.

Disgusting food !!! DO NOT BUY the meat is not cooked properly. I called up to make a complaint and the lady over the phone was convinced eveything js cooked properly???? Nasty food
