Zero stars - extremely high prices for items, selling used primark clothes for more than brand new and brands have an additional £15+ added on them despite their condition, never seen a charity shop so expensive before!Staff member was extremely rude (white older bald guy) very loudly, to a young member of staff who you could clearly see was uncomfortable with being spoken to that way, not the first time I?ve seen him speak to people that way either, unacceptable! Made sure the guy was okay and left immediately, won?t be returning!

Wouldn't take a perfectly good mattress over a couple of minor stains/bit of wearing.I understand the mattress is being taken for re-use but then surely the charity should be taking the mattress for a chemical clean before being placed in another home.

If I could give a 0 I would this company is an absolute joke with your prices you get all this stuff for free and then price them at a crazy amount you say you aim to make as much for chairty what about thinking about the customers as well how can you charge £24.99 for a empty wooden box £5 for a bag of empty loo rolls and £50 for a teddy I'm surprised these shops are still running ?........

Rude and unappreciative. I arrived 15 minutes early to open time with a very large donation, the manager answered the phone but wouldn?t open the door to take the donation. I was told they don't get paid until 11am so he was unwilling to help me until then. I received no thank you for the donation.

I arranged to collect my furniture, they rang the day before to tell me that the next day the will call me 30 min before the collection. In fact the call me, two men arrived check the furniture gave me a document to sing and left a copy and said we are not taking it now, so I thought they will come later on but they didnt so I spent all day waiting but nothing happened. I rang the office and explained...They told me that my furniture wasn't in a good state This wasn't true in fact it was in a very good condition) My question is if it wasn't good for collection why they made me sign and algo gave me a receipt .? Very strange.

Sadly as of most BHF Charity shops over priced many items are more expensive than buying new .

this is by far the friendliest and the most caring charity shop in and around enfield, ponders end and brimsdown.they do not throw anything away, but have a genuine interest in putting useful items to a good use.please go here and nowhere else, they really go to great lengths to find a purpose for everything.wish i had found them earlier
