Sunday 2/5/2021 around 3 am I stopped to refuel a truck at bp High Way SFC Enfield, I stopped at pump 12, I started refueling and suddenly the pump stopped at 59.78 liters, I left for the point of payment to see What happened, there an employee of the company told me that payment by card does not work and because of this the delivery of fuel was stopped and she told me that that amount of fuel must be paid in cash or a form must be filled in in case of non-payment in 7 days, I am good at paying, I mention that I worked for that company for a single day as a driver for hire. The problem is that I told him that I cannot fill out this form in my name because I am a driver for a day and that I put the company data, the payment card being the company's, the employee told me that the payment is made in cash or I fill out that form in my name so that I can leave and that in case of refusal to call the police. The duties of this employee were to keep the pump off, knowing that the payment cannot be made with the card, I asked what the name of the dance was so that I could file a complaint, she told me that it was none of my business, speaking very badly to me, she not even having a badge on her chest with her being another employee named Umar, the latter very kind. I left with an unpleasant experience, without being able to fully fuel the truck, I have to come back in 7 days to be able to pay for that amount of fuel and the naughty bitter taste left by your employee, thank you.
