Our family used Bobby's Tyres for years, the staff and service was always brilliant, friendly and professional and trustworthy, we could never fault them. Unfortunately now they are totally different staff. They are really rude, especially to women, untrustworthy. They recently sold me two tyres as they said they needed replacing, and then the two new ones were worse than the previous ones, and I have just had to replace one of them as one had a slow puncture. I rang them to ask if they would replace as it was only purchased on 12th December and they refused and were so rude and threatening. Please be careful if your a female.

Extremely poor customer service. No acknowledgement of customers. I was left waiting without any greeting. One of the workers even opted to take a 'live recording' instead of seeing to customers, despite not being busy!Would not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would give 0 the short blonde haired male in the office does not make any eye contact completely ignores you communication absolutely terrible thinks he superior to any human on planet deffo recommend going to a more friendly smaller business

Not happyService is not for rare or performance cars.Put central caps in wrong position ????Eventually I noticed in time, otherwise extra expenses for new caps when it falls down.Obviously they don?t use torque wrench as well

I come in because I had a nail in my tyre but the said it never went throt so no work was needed to be done only take the nail from the Grove and got changed 10 pound just for that not even a puncher kit needed

What an amazing service, I use Bobby's Tyres on a regular basis for our work vehicles. Really reasonable prices, quick, easy and no waiting for an appointment. I'd highly recommend these guys.

Saw advert for carwash on Facebook, claiming to be something different and better than your usual with proper techniques and chemicals. Travelled 30 mins to check it out. Worst car wash in London! No tyre shine, cleaned only 2 window glass, left the rest. water marks everywhere, wheels still dirty. It was so poor I didn't bother to complain, they couldn't understand English anyway. Waste of time and money! Don't bother! Like to add not the staffs fault, it's the management!The review is not fake, funny how all the bad reviews are fake. There were 2 English looking dudes, 1 black fella and 1 white, I presume these are your managers, they were no where to be seen when my car was finished. Check your CCTV for a black BMW 3 series, have a look at the job yourself. Timewasters!
