Ofc there was a bit of a wait, but that’s to be expected really as they operate a first come first serve but it was only 30 minutes, I’ve been in supermarket queues for longer than that!3 guys in particular went over and above for me, specially the guy who rescued my handbag with my car keys in it from the back seat so I could get into my car.So thank you for being the friendly professional kind people that you are. “Can't complain about the visit to the store today. Went to return two items of clothing, but you cannot recieve a refund for the goods purchased - only store credit, which was fine in our case as we will likely pop in again for something else. It was well explained how long it would be valid for also. Store is generally a busy branch, and staff seemed to all be working efficiently.”
