Dreadful customer service, seriously rude man incapable of polite interaction. Had to deal with him several times so decided to leave this review. The manager needs to train this staff member.

*****WARNING***PLEASE DO NOT POST FROM HERE!!!!! MY PARCEL WAS STOLEN BY THE GUY CALLED FREDY. I HAVE GONE TO THE SHOP AND BEEN THREATENED FOR MY PARCEL. IT WAS VERY IMPORTANT AMD NOW I AM OUT OF POCKET OVER A £100. CONTACTED THE COURIER I USED BUT HES DENYING I GAVE IT!!!DO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE AS ME!!!!BEWARE OF THIS GUY!!!

DO NOT POST TO THIS STORE. I have called this store about 17 times today so far since they 'opened'. I have physically gone to the store to see what's going on with a parcel of mine that's been rejected for almost two weeks. The lights are on both inside and outside the store, cash machine is up and running... but the shutters are down. Google, Amazon, Vinted, Ebay etc etc all claim the store is 'Open' as they are unaware that it isn't. Post pick-up services and Amazon Counter has been left active. -When it should have been turned off. Unreliable. Inconsistent. No notice. No answer. No means of contact other than a phone that rings out. Save yourself time and post to other stores. I have reached out to several companies now and reported this to give them a heads up.
