Dreadful customer service, seriously rude man incapable of polite interaction. Had to deal with him several times so decided to leave this review. The manager needs to train this staff member.

DO NOT POST TO THIS STORE. I have called this store about 17 times today so far since they 'opened'. I have physically gone to the store to see what's going on with a parcel of mine that's been rejected for almost two weeks. The lights are on both inside and outside the store, cash machine is up and running... but the shutters... read full comment
