Expensive £5 for a pad if paper. Staff are friendly. Layouts not great and I'm sure if you wanted to a read a magazine in full you could with no bother at the back of the 1st floor.

Worse branch ever. Staff are not friendly and unhelpful. It's ridiculous how they don't have good accessibility in this store. All kids books/activity books are upstairs. No one offered help for what I was looking for. I asked for a reusable sticker book, one staff said "you could find near the cashier", no there wasn't. It was upstair. One star just because I found the reusable sticker book. Otherwise I wouldn't give any stars to this store.

The shop is ok and set out nicely ..I went to eltham se9 branch buy I have to be honest in saying that the prices were way over the top for many of the stationary items ,books and cards that are identical to those you can get in the works which is situated about 300 yards away ..I paid £5.56 for two birthday cards !! ..I can't imagine they sell much more than newspapers and magazines of which the prices cannot be hiked up
