“I go into the Eltham branch quite often during the week, and the young Assistant Manager there is so friendly, extremely helpful and always greets her customers with such a beautiful smile and hello. There is also a young guy that has been in there sometimes during the week, who is also very friendly and helpful. Most of the early morning staff are so nice. I have been into this branch on a Sunday too, on a few occasions and have encountered such a lovely, helpful, funny, older lady with long hair, whose name begins with a C or K, I think, She is always so welcoming, greets her customers with a hello, although not many return the greeting, very helpful, and very friendly. I have chatted to her a few times and she is just so sweet, always ready and on hand to help. She is so down to earth and goes out of her way to help. I just wish she was there more often, especially during the week!”
