Easy to book an appointment online for my son. Interestingly they ask for your date of birth, which I duly entered. On arrival, I was told by the assistant they didn't think the Optician would see my son as he was too young. They confirmed this with the Optician and sent us away. Waste of time.They then had the absolute cheek to send a "we're sorry you missed your appointment text" the next day.If you have a lower age limit, fair enough, but when you ask a customer to input their date of birth, don't waste everyone's time by not doing a check that the customer meets your limit.

Let's just say that I'm impressed with the service. My first eye test and you get my vote 100% and would recommend you to anyone who feels that they may need glasses in the future ?????

I had an eye test this week, arrived early and was made to feel welcome, the team were efficient and professional, the optition was excellent and explained everything to me and I was not rushed, other team members were efficient friendly and helpful with a good sense of humour, no issues at all I would definitely recommend the Eltham branch??.

My mother attended an appointment today. 18th September. She is almost 88 years old amd has serious mobility issues, Despite her asking for the appointment in person, where her difficulties and the fact that she uses a walking aid, she was given an appointment upstairs. She was unable to climb the stairs and the staff refused to attend her downstairs. She has been given an appointment in a month-s later. My mother had to get two buses to get to her appointment. I am surprised and disgusted by the lack ot concern and unkindness she has received today. I have phoned Specsavers 4 times today and am unable to get through and will try again tomorrow

Went here for an eye checkup because I had concerns about my vision. Staff were rude to me and months later the problems have gotten worse. Don't bother with them, just go somewhere else.

My first eye test was wrong so had to have it redone. The test equipment, chairs upstairs etc also weren?t very clean and I had to ask for makeup to be removed from one of the headrests. Disorganised and really not a great service compared to other Specsavers. Not great and wont return.

Louise at Eltham was fabulous. Very helpful. She actually picked my sunglasses! The pair I picked were eliminated once I tried her suggestion. I struggled to see out of the sunglasses in store as they weren't prescription so I could not see what they looked like on and she popped the lens out so I could see and make a choice. I felt she made time for me and I wasn't rushed. A big thank you.

Clean the glasses more regularly. They were grubby. I went down the road to boots. It was much more chilled and the glasses were clean. I spent £400 at boots.
