What another horrific experience, the UK lack of growth is due to the people, brought my autistic son to purchase a fish and got told that they stop selling fish, truly horrific that staff believe this behaviour against a child with disabilities is justified.

Pets at home parking spaces are not clear at all. No arrows pointing to where the parking spaces are or entrance is. The pets at home parking spaces say tops tiles car park. Ridiculous, could be so much easier to navigate. When inside the store, I had to ask 4 times before the staff actually showed me to what I was looking for.

We went there on a bank holiday Monday to buy products for two rescue dogs. The staff and the manager were incredibly polite and knowledgeable and helped us choosing the right products and guided us to get two tags engraved.
I worked in retail and customer service for many years, and this is what a shopping experience should feel like.

This morning I went to PAH in Eltham with my husband and we had the best shopping experience ever. Everyone was extremely polite and happy to assist. The manager was outstanding, helping us to find what we needed, and super-patient despite my no-stop questions. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely shop there in the future.
